The Toe Stop Drag is the easiest way to stop on roller skates. This method involves balancing more of your weight on one leg to get the ‘drag’ light enough to drag but heavy enough to slow you down. Allow the toe stopper of the other skate to scrape behind the front skate and eventually slow you down.
